升降貨梯產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)堅固，承載量大，升降平穩(wěn)，安裝維護簡單方便，是經(jīng)濟實用的低樓層間替代電梯的理想貨物輸送設(shè)備，在人們的生活中已經(jīng)被廣泛的應用，它能夠代替人不能到達的位置進行操作，所以很是被人們喜愛，作為人們重要的好幫手，它的維護當然也是很重要的，就拿它的檢修來說，主要可以分為一下四個步驟來完成。

1、卸下并拆開升降貨梯下降閥，用壓縮空氣將柱塞吹凈，然后裝入，重新安上。
Remove and disassemble the valve lift freight elevator dropped, using compressed air to blow the plunger, and then loaded again placement.
2、檢查所有的液壓管道和接頭。管道不得破損，接頭不得松動，必須將所有接頭擰緊。
Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings. Must not damage the pipe, fittings shall loose all joints must be tightened.
3、把液壓油放盡棄掉，擰緊接頭取出油過濾器，洗清后，用壓縮空氣清理干凈，然后放回油箱，并聯(lián)接好管路。
Discard the hydraulic fluid exhausted, tighten the connector to remove the oil filter, after cleared, cleaned with compressed air, then back into the tank and piping connection is good.
4、換上新油，不要斷續(xù)使用舊油。否則系統(tǒng)中的運動部件就會加速磨損。
Put new oil, not intermittent use the old oil. Otherwise, the system will accelerate the wear of moving parts.
